The Berry Fizz takes just a few minutes to mix and doesn’t require a shaker. Gently press the berries directly into the glass to release their juice, color, and aroma.
- Prepare the berries
Place the fresh berries in a glass and lightly crush them with a bar spoon or muddler. Do not blend completely – some whole berries should remain visible in the drink. - Add vodka, lemon and elderflower
Add EXACT vodka, lemon juice and elderflower syrup to the berries in the glass. - Add ice
Fill the glass generously with ice cubes. - Refill
Top up with well-chilled soda or tonic water. - Stir carefully
Stir the Berry Fizz briefly and carefully to ensure the berries, vodka, lemon and elderflower are evenly combined. - Garnish & Serve
Garnish with fresh berries and, if desired, a little mint or a slice of lemon, then serve immediately.
EXAKT Tip: Raspberries add a lot of color and a slightly tart, fruity flavor to the drink, while blueberries have a milder taste. Adding soda water keeps the Berry Fizz lighter and fresher, while tonic water makes it a bit more tart and aromatic.
